Flights / Principal-Supplied Arrangements
- Governed entirely by the Principal’s Terms & Conditions.
- Cancellation charges, amendment fees, and refund eligibility are set by the Principal.
- H2C has no authority to override these terms.
- H2C Land-Only Arrangements
Unless otherwise stated by suppliers:
- 60+ days before travel: loss of deposit
- 30–59 days: 50% of total land cost
- 15–29 days: 75% of total land cost
- 0–14 days: 100% of total land cost
Refunds will only be issued if and when H2C receives a refund from the supplier.
